eng. Tsvetan Kitov

Tsvetan Kitov is an engineer from the Higher Institute of the Ministry of Interior . He is also an electronics engineer from the TechnicalUniversity in Sofia.

He started his career at the Sofia Fire protection Directorate. After that he worked at the "Operative and Technical Information" Directorate, the general directorate "National Security Service" - Ministry of Interior.

In 2008 he joined SANS, where he was a director of the specialized Directorate "Operational technical operations"until June 2013.

In June 2013, he became a Director of the "Operational and Technical Information" Directorate in Ministry of Interior, in August 2013 he became a deputy chairman of SATO and in October, 2013 he was appointed chairman of SATO.

Biser Borisov

Biser Borisov is a Master in International Relations andBulgarian Philology, from Sofia University  "St. Kliment Ohridski".

In 1993 he started work at the National Security Service- Ministry of Interior, where in 2006 he became the head of the Sofia Security Department and later re-appointed to  the State Agency for National Security as Director of the Territorial directorate "National Security".

Since 2012, he has been a Security Officer with the Financial Supervision Commission, until 2014 when he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Technical Operations.
